1. Event Description

This event is a professional conference held on 21 November 2026 at the Golden Crown Hotel, Nazareth, Israel. The event includes panel discussions, workshops, networking sessions, and industry presentations.

2. Event Changes and Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, postpone, or cancel the event in the following circumstances: • Natural disasters, extreme weather, or force majeure events • Security threats or government restrictions • Venue unavailability • Other circumstances beyond our reasonable control Participants will be notified via email as soon as practicable.

3. Speaker and Schedule Changes

Speakers and program topics are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to: • Replace speakers • Modify session times • Adjust the agenda • Change presentations or workshop content Changes will be communicated via email and website updates.

4. Attendance Eligibility

This event is intended for studio owners, gym owners, sports facility managers, and industry professionals. We reserve the right to deny attendance to individuals who do not meet the eligibility criteria or who violate the Code of Conduct.

5. Code of Conduct

All participants agree to: • Behave professionally and respectfully toward speakers, organizers, and other attendees • Comply with venue rules and Israeli law • Not engage in discriminatory, harassing, or disruptive behavior • Not record, photograph, or livestream without explicit written permission Violations may result in immediate removal from the event.

6. Liability Disclaimer

Attendance is at your own risk. We are not liable for: • Personal injury, illness, accidents, or death during the event • Loss, theft, damage, or disappearance of personal property • Claims arising from speaker content, opinions, or presentations • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages • Cancellations, postponements, or schedule changes • COVID-19 or other communicable diseases

7. Intellectual Property

All materials, presentations, slides, recordings, and content created by the organizer remain the property of Target Point Software LTD. Participants may not record sessions, take photographs, or use event content for commercial purposes without written consent. By attending, participants grant the organizer permission to photograph and record them for marketing and promotional purposes. To opt out, notify us in writing before the event.

8. Sponsor and Vendor Terms

Sponsors and exhibitors are responsible for: • Designing and setting up their own booth/display • Complying with venue rules • Ensuring compliance with all applicable laws • Obtaining necessary insurance Sponsors indemnify and hold harmless the organizer from any claims, damages, or liability arising from their products, services, or conduct.

9. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Requests must be submitted in writing to info@fit-x.app and will be evaluated by the organizer.

10. Payment Terms

All payments are processed securely through authorized payment processors. By submitting payment, you authorize the transaction. Payment details are encrypted and protected.

11. Privacy and Data Protection

Personal information collected during registration is used solely for event management and communication. We comply with Israeli data protection laws. Your data will not be shared with third parties without consent.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Israeli law. Any disputes shall be brought before the courts of Israel, with jurisdiction in Nazareth or as applicable under Israeli law.

By registering for and attending this event, you acknowledge that: • You have read and understand these terms • You assume all risks associated with attendance • You comply with the Code of Conduct • You grant permission to be photographed or recorded for marketing (unless you have opted out)
